Partner Yoga deepens your connection to others and helps build trust and compassion. It enables you to stretch further than usual and balance in ways you couldn’t by yourself.

Bring a friend, partner, or significant other, and learn assisted yoga postures, stretches, and techniques you can easily practice again and again with anyone at home.


The class is suitable for beginners and offers a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won’t work up a sweat but you should leave class feeling looser, happier and more relaxed.


Through observation, demonstration, and practice, the yoga we create is communal, interactive and fun!

The “old” paradigm of yoga is to withdraw into ourselves to find inner joy and peace. The new paradigm that we present is social yoga. Instead of practising self-realisation and self-development, we learn to expand ourselves and discover that happiness is not only within, but also all around us. Contraction is limiting and narrowing while expansion is freeing. The more we expand ourselves to include others, the more fun and meditative the feeling becomes.

To book in for your first session, please select a date. Each Sunday class is on from 12:00 pm – 13:00 pm. Classes will ultimately be kept small so assistance can be offered to each couple. Each pair will need their own mat and pillow. Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
